How it works
REFERRAL FLOW
We keep it simple and transparent. When you recommend a player, we validate the connection directly with both of you to ensure your referral is recognized. Here's how it works:
You recommend one or more players from your network. Whether they're in your team, academy, or community and could benefit from our program in Madrid.
1. You Referer A Player
The player (or their family) contacts us and clearly mentions your name as the referring coach or person during their first contact or application.
2. Player Reaches Out and Applies
We validate the referral with both sides — you and the applicant — to make sure the connection is genuine and you are officially recognized as their point of contact.
3. We Confirm the Referral
Once the player pays the €1,500 entry deposit, we process your $400 commission, and you can track the progress of your referrals through direct updates from our team.
4. You Receive Your Commission
